spim is a simulator for MIPS AssemblyCode? written by JamesLarus. There are two versions of the program. spim provides a commandline interface and xspim provides a graphical user interface to the simulator. The latter provides a view of the machines registers and memory as it runs, plus the possibility to set break points in the code.
