It is no longer possible to create arbitrary webs in this TWiki. If you need a new web, contact webmaster@strategoxt.org.

Note a web is like a directory. Example webs are Main/, Stratego/ and Tiger/. If you want to make a new topic, i.e., a new page in this web, then just go to an appropriate page, write the name of the topic as a WikiName, save the topic, and click the question mark after the newly create link to get a fresh page.
